The power lunch scene at Trattoria Dell’Arte, a major haunt for Midtown’s talent and lit agents, is getting another player. Manager Mark Subias — who reps Adam Rapp, Nathan Englander, Sarah Treem, Pam MacKinnon and Les Waters — joined UTA yesterday as an agent to expand its theater division. The last of the major Hollywood agencies to open in New York, UTA has moved aggressively since Nancy Gates, co-head of the TV talent department, relocated from LA to open its office here last fall.
