Bank of America rearranges business units

More streamlining at Bank of America: Bank of America

Follow this company the company has shuffled its business units.


In a securities filing Wednesday, Charlotte-based BofA explains it is rearranging some of its business units, reducing the total number to five from six. The biggest change is that the bank's deposits and credit and debit card businesses are all in the same division. The bank also separated its Wall Street trading operations from the unit that handles corporate investment banking.
